Nick is usually traveling on Wednesdays so me and Abigail usually have leftovers, eggs, or grilled cheese. This Saturday we were invited to someones house for a cookout. And we usually eat out one night.

I am interested in the Cheesy, Beany Quesadillas! :) We are getting back into the swing of cooking at home. With Claire and moving and a variety of eating out establishments available (vs. Vernal!) we have been eating out way too much! Our waistlines are saying the same thing. Thanks for the meal ideas.
