Overdue Update

I am so bad at keeping up on this blog! I always think how neat it would be to do like some of the blogs I read and post on it almost everyday fun new things and make a little money maybe. Ha! Oh well, I'll do what I can.

Abigail is fully walking now. She is even trying to run sometimes it seems! She loves to aggrivate the cat. We've been working on being gentle. When I tell her to be gentle though she takes both of her hands and rubs them really fast on Fluffy. It's cute and better than her pulling. She has a temper, if she doesn't get what she wants she screams and cries. For now distraction works pretty well, but I'm not sure what I'm going to do as she gets bigger. Yikes!

She loves to eat fruit. Any fruit she gobbles it right up. Veggies on the other hand she does well, but isn't nearly as inthusiastic. I've been trying to get her to drink whole milk, but no such luck. She will take a sip, but the second sip, she just starts blowing in the cup and making a mess. It's slightly funny, but I know she needs the calcium. She loves cheese and yogurt, just not milk. Today I even tried blending a strawberry up in it. She wasn't tricked.

We are slowly getting the house set up. Much thanks to all our family who have been out to help us. The picture is of my brother and his wife. They did alot of cleaning the first weekend we moved in. I think all the boxes are unpacked, but we haven't hung any pictures yet. Our furniture should be here within the next month and hopefully I can get painting and decorating soon.
