Big changes. We've had the house on the market for about 2 weeks now, and no one has came to look at it. Until yesterday. We were outside cleaning up the garden and a couple guys drive by and pick up a flyer. We offer to let them go ahead and walk through and they do. They say they are going to go look at another house also today. We don't think to much of it. A couple hours later I hear Nicks phone ringing inside the house so I go get it a few seconds too late. I go check my phone and I missed a call too, from our realtor Freida. She is calling to tell us we have an offer on our house. We negotiate a little and get the house under contract. Amazing. God is so good.
Now we can actually seriously look at houses in Denver next weekend. Things are seeming to get under control.
